CITrials COVID-19 Update

We at CiTrials are continually up to date with our local, state, and federal health guidelines so that our daily activities including but not limited to volunteer visits, on-site services, study medications, supplies, and labs are not impacted.
As more of our counties open, more clinical studies are also open for participation. Our volunteers’ safety is our number priority as they enroll into studies. Our health care staff continue to follow strict safety requirements including checking body temperature, wearing of masks and social distancing for all our volunteers at our clinics in Bellflower, Santa Ana and Riverside.
We want to thank our volunteers for dedicating their time to help the medical community advance medical research for the benefit of our fellow citizens. And a huge thank you to all the health care workers for keeping everyone safe. Mask On. Live On

Be INSPIRED

CITrials attended the 10th annual CNS Summit in Boca Raton, Florida last week. At the CNS Summit, clinical researchers, along with pharma and biotech development leaders, collaborate to further improve drug development. CITrials were represented by Debra Hoffmeyer, CEO, and Ciara Stewart, Clinical Research Assistant. They met with clinical research leaders, attended keynote sessions, and raised thousands of dollars for the Betty Jean Scholarship Fund.

During the conference, Debra presented her research “Ecopipam as a pharmacologic treatment of stuttering” that she co-authored with Dr. Gerald Maguire, M.D., of U.C. Riverside along with several other authors. The research poster received a lot of positive attention and ideas for future collaboration.

Congratulations to Debra for receiving a CNS Summit award for her leadership within the clinical research community! Debra, also a founding member of the CNS Summit is dedicated to advancing clinical trials.
